Sri Lanka- PSC to summon Rishad Bathiudeen


(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The Parliament Select Committee (PSC) investigating the Easter Sunday attacks is to summon former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen.

The PSC hopes to summon Bathiudeen on June 26th to record his statement related to the attacks.

Earlier the Parliament Select Committee on the Easter Sunday attacks said it will also look to summon Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe, State Minister of Defence Ruwan Wijewardena and two former Law & Order Ministers to testify.

Wickremesinghe, Wijewardena and former Law & Order Ministers Sagala Ratnayake and Rajith Madduma Bandara will most likely be summoned soon.
