(MENAFN) On Saturday, a Palestinian man was critically wounded by Israeli soldier's gunfire in the occupied West Bank, according to the health ministry.
The ministry stated in a statement that Israeli forces shot the man at the Zaatara military checkpoint, to south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
The ministry emphasized that the wounded Palestinian was in critical condition.
It is unknown yet why the soldiers attacked the Palestinian man.
