(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power confirmed that it was disclosing its initial public offering (IPO) in the short term.
Despite preparing for the IPO since June 2018, the Saudi utilities provider refrained from sharing any date for the issuance.
Speaking to Argaam, CEO Paddy Padmanathan stated "we have never announced any specific timing. All we have announced is that we are very keen to widen the share ownership structure to include the public and we still maintain the same."
Padmanathan further added "I am very confident that we will be able to make the announcement very soon."
