Uganda deports 2 foreigners over alleged threat on national security

(MENAFN) Police declared that Ugandan security agencies have sent back two nationals, one French and the other Rwandese, back to their home countries over alleged connection to activities which may be considered threatening the country's national security.

The police added that the two were taking advantage of their employment at one of the country's key telecommunication companies to carry out their ill motives.

Police confirmed that the deportation of the two foreigners, who were taking advantage of their employment to carry out their ill motives, has enabled the country to disrupt their plotted plans of compromising the national security.

"We urge members of the public to remain alert and continue helping the police and its sister security agencies by reporting any suspicious activity," according to the police.
