(MENAFN) The Kenyan capital of Nairobi was announced to be hosting Omani Products Exhibition (Opex 2018) a week from now.
A meeting was held between the Organizing Committee of the expo and representatives of Omani firms and factories and the details of the 9th edition of the event.
The event is expected to be joined by eighty industrial and service companies from various areas which include natural resources, metals, wood products, and manufacturing products.
The organizing committee's chairman Ayman Al Hasani hailed Kenya as one of the leading economic countries within East Africa and Africa.
The chairman added "taking this into account, there would be opportunities for the Omani companies to export their products and establish trade partnerships in Kenya."
