Doha: All entities in Education city, Qatar Foundation (QF) headquarters and QF centres will be closed tomorrow due to the adverse weather conditions.
In a statement put out on their twitter handle QF said that 'due to the severe weather, QF HQ and all QF centers and entities at Education City will be closed tomorrow. Having assessed the impact of heavy rain on roads in Doha, we've taken this decision to ensure the safety of all members of our community, which is our top priority.
They further tweeted that 'All our staff have been informed of this temporary closure of facilities, and we will provide further updates as soon as possible. We continue to advise our staff and students not to make road journeys until conditions improve.
'Our staff will work remotely where possible tomorrow to support QF's business continuity, and we thank them for their commitment, QF said.
