Oman's Sezad signs USD125m agreements for Duqm Port construction


(MENAFN) Two USD125.5 million deals have been signed by Oman's Special Economic Zone Authority at Duqm, Sezad, to establish a service corridor for Duqm Refinery products along with a couple of roads at Duqm Port.

The first deal has been signed for building two roads in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm, with the other agreement secured to manage the work and construction of the service road from Duqm Refinery to the bulk liquid products dock.

Khalid bin Ahmed and Sons Company was confirmed to have been presented with the first project, with an estimated 27 month timeline for completion.

Qurum Projects and Maintenance Company have been presented with the second project in partnership with Patel Company, with an estimated 548 days timeline for completion.
