One Palestinian injured by Israeli fire in Hebron


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, Jan.25 (Petra) -- One Palestinian was injured early Thursday, after Israeli soldiers opened fire during clashes with locals in Sa'eer town in the West bank city of Hebron.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said in a statement that Ahmad Shalaldeh, 16, was injured and hurt in the leg in clashes with Israeli soldiers at the entrance of "Beit Enoun" near Saeer town in Hebron.

"Clashes erupted in the town after Israeli soldiers invaded the town and searched citizens' homes and shops, and restricted the movements of Palestinians in and out of their town, under the pretext of checking their IDs, PRCS statement added." S Kh
