(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) Kuwait Society for Relief has continued its efforts to provide urgent assistance to the Syrian refugees in Turkey.
General Director of the Kuwaiti Society for Relief Abdulaziz Al-Obaid who is currently on the Turkish-Syrian border area of Rihaniyya along with Kuwaiti relief delegation in cooperation and coordination with Najat Charitable Society said in a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the delegation was currently distributing food and cash assistance to Syrian refugees in this area.
He said this assistance was for families of the Syrian victims, poor, destitute families and widows.
He pointed out that this assistance will be provided to some 500 families in the form of Ramadan food coupons.
