(MENAFN- Aswat Al-Iraq) The Iraqi minister of higher education called on German companies to invest in the educational and university systems, building specialized hospitals and residences to the educational workers.
In a statement issued by the ministry, and received by Aswat al-Iraq, the minister Dr.
Ali al-Adeeb stressed the importance of benefiting from foreign expertise, like Germany and other states.
He elaborated that the ministry's plan (2011-2014) is to send more students abroad and granting the opportunity for well-founded universities to open branches in Iraq.
