Japan affiliate of ZEUS seeks Tokyo market listing


(MENAFN) Semiconductor equipment producer of South Korea, Global Zeus has announced that it has plans to have its Japanese affiliate listed on the Tokyo stock market.

Through a regulatory filing, the company said it has signed a deal with Nomura Securities Co. to prepare for the listing of the fully-owned subsidiary, J.E.T. Co.

According to the company, it could take nearly 30 months to prepare for the listing on the MOTHERS (Market of the high-growth and emerging stocks) market under the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

However, the semiconductor equipment company said the detailed schedule may change depending on the situation.
