Real Estate Trading Volume Exceeds QR 540 Million In Week

Doha, January 30 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Jan. 19-23, reached QR 470,234,818, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QAR 70,635,412.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, shops and residential units.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Dhaayen, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, Al Shamal, and Al Sheehaniya, in addition to the areas of The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, and Legtaifiya.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Jan. 12-16 was over QR 528 million.
