Multiple Residents To Be Employed In Soft Drink Complex In Azerbaijan's Jabrayil


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) JABRAYIL, Azerbaijan, October 5. About 300 residents who returned to their native lands will work in the soft drink production complex in Jabrayil, the representative of Azersun Holding Yalchin Khalilov told reporters, Trend reports.

According to him, the annual production capacity of the enterprise, which will produce carbonated and non-carbonated water, iced tea, iced coffee, lemonades, and natural fruit juices, will be 250 million PET bottles and 350 million aluminum cans.

He noted that the first stage envisages the production of carbonated and non-carbonated water by the complex, and the second stage - lemonades, iced tea, iced coffee, and natural fruit juices.

“The soft drink complex will contribute to preventing the outflow of foreign exchange from our country. The use of alternative energy methods, the use of electric vehicles in parking lots, and the reduction of emissions to the lowest possible level will be ensured. After the complex starts working at full production capacity, it is planned to employ about 300 residents who will return to Jabrayil city within the framework of the“I State Program on Great Return to the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation” signed by President Ilham Aliyev. It is planned to invest 35 million manat ($20.5 million) at the initial stage to put into operation the complex for the production of soft drinks," he added.

To note, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev laid the foundation stone of the Azersun Holding LLC's soft non-alcoholic beverage production complex in Jabrayil city on October 3.
