Startup From Kazakhstan To Supply Biometric ID For Kyrgyzstan's National Bank


(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, September 11. Biometric, a Kazakhstan-based startup, will provide biometric identification services to the National bank of Kyrgyzstan, a source at the international tech park Astana Hub, where Biometric is a resident, told Trend .

Biometric has signed an official contract with Infocom Kyrgyzstan, the national operator that centrally serves the country's government and financial institutions.

Under the agreement, Biometric will deliver biometric identification services based on Liveness Detection technology to the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.

“This contract is a significant milestone for our company. We are proud to be one of the three providers chosen by the Kyrgyz government to serve the country's financial market,” said CEO of Biometric Alibek Narimbay.

He added that Biometric is hitting it out of the park by teaming up with international heavyweights like Binance and making waves in government circles abroad.

The Liveness Detection system can tell the difference between a real and a phony face with remarkable accuracy.
