July 29, 2024 /3BL/ - The Inogen Alliance Board of Directors is pleased to announce the addition of a new shareholder, Tonkin + Taylor, New Zealand and new board member, Richard Hancy, Executive Leader, Tonkin + Taylor. With over 60 years of rich history and technical excellence, Tonkin + Taylor has offices across New Zealand and operates across the Pacific region to help their clients and communities sustain a better world.
Richard is a business leader with over 30 years' experience in the private and public sectors. He has an extensive background in business leadership, commercial management, governance, project delivery, strategic planning, procurement, consultation, stakeholder engagement, transport planning and demand forecasting. Richard is responsible for the development and implementation of our Global strategy, with a particular focus on connectivity to markets and expertise alongside leading Merger and Acquisition opportunities across the Tonkin & Taylor Group.

In total there are eleven shareholder companies with representatives on the Inogen Alliance Board of Directors and coverage around the globe. The Board of Directors is responsible for appointing Inogen Alliance senior management, setting strategic direction and overseeing other corporate governance for the Alliance including approving budgets and new Associates.
