Jeyhun Bayramov noted that in the 20 years since the
establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and

between the two countries has played a positive role in discussing
the prospects of cooperation. Following the agreement signed

respect, support, and solidarity within the framework of
international and regional organizations, especially the UN, the
Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Non-Aligned Movement,
is gratifying. It was stated that during Somalia's non-permanent
membership in the UN Security Council in 2025-2026, international

to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).

contributes to strengthening Azerbaijan's ties with African
countries, Jeyhun Bayramov stated that the development of
cooperation is one of our priorities, and Azerbaijan intends to
expand relations with the African Union Commission in this
direction.
Bayramov also briefed the other side on the latest developments
in the region in the post-conflict period, as well as the
reconstruction works carried out in the territories liberated from
