He stood in line at a polling station in the Bengaluru South constituency, waiting for his turn to vote. After casting his vote, Hireeswamy proudly displayed his inked finger, a symbol of his participation in the democratic process.

In the videos from the polling booth, the minister can be seen patiently waiting for her turn to vote and then approached the Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) to cast her vote.
