(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 24. Procedural groundshave been established in Azerbaijan for the court to consider theproposal of an executive official to seize the debtor's property,Trend reports.
This issue has been reflected in the amendment to theAzerbaijani Civil Procedure Code, approved by President of theRepublic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
