Al Noor Center For The Blind Organizes Workshops On Occasion Of International Day Of Education


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) Al Noor Center for the Blind, one of the centers of the Qatar Foundation for Social Work, affiliated with the Ministry of Social Development and Family, organized a series of workshops on the occasion of International Day of Education with the aim of highlighting the importance of education and its necessity in building and advancing societies.
The workshops included sessions on the basics of braille, assistive technology, and a workshop on developing basic skills in teaching braille, in addition to holding an exhibition highlighting modern technologies and innovations in the field of education.
Al Noor Center aims to enhance the values of education and empower its students. The Center's distinguished educational services focus on providing the necessary support to familiarize different groups with braille and effective use of technology.
Executive Director of Al Noor Center, Mishal Abdullah Al Nuaimi expressed the importance of International Day of Education in stimulating innovation and highlighting advanced technologies.
Al Nuaimi also affirmed the Center's commitment to developing the best educational methods and techniques to enhance the learning experience of its students, develop their skills, and ensure a fruitful and sustainable learning experience.
