Trump vows to restore travel bans, apply "ideological screenings" for migrants if re-elected in 2024

(MENAFN) On Monday, Previous US Leader Donald trump promised to restore travel restrictions and apply "ideological screenings" for migrants if he is re-elected to the White House next year.

"I will implement strong ideological screening of all immigrants," Trump declared in a gathering for campaigns in Derry, New Hampshire.

"If you hate America, if you want to abolish Israel, if you don't like our religion -- which a lot of them don't -- if you sympathize with jihadists, then we don't want you in our country, and you are not getting in," he stated.

Throughout his speech, Trump persisted in criticizing Leader Joe Biden for not being "capable" and prioritizing his country above others.

Expressing concern over the entry of millions of undocumented migrants into the United States during the Biden administration, he restated his plans and strategies for deporting them.

"We're like a dumping ground, and nobody does anything about it. And we are going to be sorting for a long time, but we're going to get them the hell out of here," he also said.

On the topic of the ongoing conflict in Gaza, former President Trump made a pointed assertion that the Biden administration bears responsibility for the present upheaval in the Middle East.
