Bcw Hires Jackeline Stewart-Hawkins To Lead Polycultural Consulting Unit


(MENAFN- PRovoke) WASHINGTON - Jackeline Stewart-Hawkins, most recently Edelman's US multicultural communications head, has joined BCW to lead the agency's polycultural consulting unit.

In the executive VP role, Stewart-Hawkins will oversee the unit's efforts to help clients understand and engage diverse audiences through initiatives that are culturally relevant and promote diversity and inclusion. The unit considers a range of factors related to stakeholders' cultural heritage, status and identity in crafting campaigns.

Washington-based Stewart-Hawkins joined BCW Aug. 1.
The unit was most recently run by global chief inclusion officer Carol Watson, who continues in that global role.

Stewart-Hawkins spent most of the last
five years with Edelman, where she most recently served as an executive VP and head of US multicultural communications. Before Edelman, she spent two years at Spitfire, developing expertise for the firm in civil rights and racial justice.
