The SES noted that thanks to such initiatives, volunteers from Ukraine have the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills that will serve to protect people and property. At the same time, such meetings allow for the exchange of experience between Polish and Ukrainian volunteer groups, which contributes to improving fire safety in the communities of both countries.

As Ukrinform reported, Ukrainian rescuers received nine high-powered fire pumps from their Polish colleagues in July.
