(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russian attacks damaged an ammonia pipeline in Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region – decompression occurred. Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov confirmed that on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“An emergency response headquarters has been deployed in the region. All relevant services are working on the spot. We will inform you about all the details later," he said.
