(MENAFN- Gulf Times) A group of 30 members of QGET (Qatar Alumni Chapter of Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala, India) are functioning as volunteers for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. They are assigned to departments including Fan Support, Media Operations, Spectator Services Support, Workforce operations, Football Technology, Hayya Programme, Fan Festival Operations, and Guest Operations. Earlier, some QGET members have been a part of the FIFA Club World Cup 2020, FIFA Arab Cup in 2021, and Amir Cup in 2021.
