Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree approving
the 'Procedure for the work of the commandant's office on the
territory on which the state of emergency has been introduced ',
reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers was tasked with resolving issues
stemming from the Decree.
