International Support: Ukraine Expects To Receive About $12B By Year-End


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Ukraine expects to receive announced official financing totaling $12 billion by the end of the current year.

Serhiy Nikolaychuk, Deputy Governor of the National bank of Ukraine, said this at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

“By the end of the current year, Ukraine expects to receive declared official financing totaling about $12 billion, including EUR 8 billion as macro-financial aid from the EU,” he said.

Ongoing international support will enable the NBU to maintain international reserves at a sufficient level in the coming years, Nikolaychuk added.

As reported by Ukrinform, international partners have provided Ukraine with a total of $17.5 billion in aid since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion.
