Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia up

BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 18. The trade turnover
between Azerbaijan and Russia exceeded $405 million from January
through February 2022, the Azerbaijani State customs Committee told
Trend .
The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia increased by
almost 22 percent compared to the same period of 2021.
According to the State Customs Committee, Azerbaijan's export to
Russia exceeded $123 million (increase of 38 percent) while import
from Russia - $282.3 million (increase of 16 percent) during the
reporting period.
Russia's share in Azerbaijan's foreign trade turnover amounted
to 5.1 percent from January through February 2022.
The trade turnover between the two countries amounted to about
$3 billion in 2021, which is by over 12 percent more than in
2020.
