Doha: Head of Government of Morocco HE Aziz Akhannouch and the accompanying delegation visited Al Bayt Stadium, one of the venues for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, on the occasion of his official visit to the country.
Aziz Akhannouch toured the stadium, where he was briefed on the stadium's most prominent facilities and services, VIP halls, fans' venues, and special hospitality suites.
Head of Moroccan Government expressed his admiration for the development he witnessed at the level of facilities, especially sports, and the intensive preparations to host the World Cup. He stressed that Qatar will present an ideal and distinctive version of the World Cup.
Aziz Akhannouch was accompanied by Minister of Sports and Youth HE Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali, Director-General of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy Engineer Yasser Al Jammal, and Deputy Director-General for Technical Affairs of the Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy Ghanim Al Kuwari.
