Turkey, UAE inks sum of 10 deals in many sectors

(MENAFN) Turkey and the Emirate contracted a sum of 10 deals in the sectors of energy, environment, finance as well as trade during the trip of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan’s to Ankara on Wednesday.

The crown prince came to Ankara because of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan invitation. Al-Nahyan’s trip is his first ever to the country since 2012, and the first most important gathering between the UAE and Turkey in latest years.

A signing event was hosted after in person discussions between the president of Turkey and Abu Dhabi crown prince and an inter-delegation conference.

Turkey and UAE signed an agreement of memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the discussion of financial data so as to avoid money laundering as well as terror financing. Another MoU was signed between Abu Dhabi Ports Company and Turkey Wealth Fund (TVF).
