Srinagar: A teenager on Sunday was found dead under mysterious circumstances in south Kashmir's Kulgam district
15-year-old Tawseef Ahmad Bhat was found lifeless near a water channel in Badroo area of the district, an official said. He said that some passersby spotted the body lying at the water channel and informed the police about it.
“Later, a team of police reached the spot and recovered it,” he said.
