Residents Of Azerbaijan's Lachin City, Zabukh Village Presented With Several Professional Areas

Residents ofAzerbaijan's liberated Lachin city and Zabukh village have beenpresented with more than 40 professions, a source in the StateEmployment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protectionof the Population of Azerbaijan told Trend .

According to the source, about 15 employers presented more than40 professional areas and conducted master classes for theresidents at the fair with the motto“Learn a profession inLachin!” held for the first time in the liberated territories.

The fair participants were briefed on professions as well asenterprises that provide training in these professions.

The source pointed out that the agency continues to work onorganizing vocational courses for residents of the liberatedterritories, where they learn the knowledge and skills ofprofessions meeting the demands of the demands of the labormarket.

Upon completion of these courses, residents of the liberatedterritories are provided with assistance in finding employment.

To note, following the liberation of its territories fromArmenian occupation in 2020, Azerbaijan initiated the long-awaited'Great Return' program, which envisions the return of IDPs to theirnative lands.

Overall, 1,500 citizens living in the liberated territories havebeen provided with permanent jobs.
