Serbian president receives credentials of Jordanian envoy


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Belgrade, Sep. 9 (Petra) -- President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, received the credentials of Ahed Sweidat as an accredited and non-resident ambassador of Jordan.
During the ceremony, Sweidat conveyed his majesty King Abdullah's greetings and wishes of continued good health to the Serbian President, as well as the King's wishes of further prosperity and growth for the Serbian people.
President Vucic asked the newly-appointed envoy to convey his greetings to King Abdullah, lauding the positive and constructive role the Kingdom plays in serving regional and international issues. He also voiced his country's desire to boost bilateral relations in all fields.
