The collaborations see Swaggers Crew and L’Baroque take to the floor in separate videos and showcase their moves by performing to the anniversary’s theme song ‘Reunion’, which was created by globally renowned DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Alok and KSHMR.

Swaggers Crew

Swaggers Crew’s video features all 10 of its members including Ziad Aly, Mahmoud El Nubi, Nada Hashim and Aalaa Mohamad while Samia Taki, Salma Aguenaou, Sahar Chatar Zakariae Hittouche, and Yassine Srhir are the five dancers in L’Baroque’s video.

Since forming in 2009, Egypt’s hip-hop and street dance group - Swaggers Crew has established themselves as one of the best dance crews and wowed the audiences and judges with their impressive displays during the second season of Arabs Got Talent show. They also became the first dance group to represent Egypt abroad and international dancers have hosted their workshops to teach aspiring dancers in Egypt.

With their amazing talent, Swaggers Crew has performed with a number of leading international artists. They shared the stage with Egyptian superstar Tamer Hosny during the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour ahead of the 2018 competition in Russia and also performed in concerts before making way for two American award-winning artists - Mya and Eve, whose accolades include the Grammys.

L’Baroque Crew

For L’Baroque, their popularity has also grown since forming in 2018. Samia Taki, Salma Aguenaou, Sahar Chatar Zakariae Hittouche, and Yassine Srhir, were originally part of 7 Legends hip-hop crew, where they won the Moroccan hip-hop Championship in 2015 before repeating the feat again at the K-Pop International Festival in Morocco in 2017.

L’Baroque has also taken part in several dance battles and competitions in Morocco and Europe as well as appearing in TV and web commercials, festivals including Riyadh and Morocco’s Timitar, live shows and social media campaign collaborations.

Its dance agency "L'Baroque Entertainment SARL" was later formed which is now made up of more than 40 dancers and choreographers.

The collaborations reinforce Garena’s on-going commitment to investing and supporting local artists in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Earlier this year, Garena partnered with Egyptian music star Mohamed Ramadan, who became Free Fire’s first playable Arab character. Ramadan, who is also the brand ambassador later released a music video and track dedicated to inspiring the MENA teams at the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) 2021 in Singapore.

MENA players will not want to miss out the big anniversary celebrations on 28th August and can look forward to competing in the Clash Squad Cup mode which will be live from August 28th to 29th.
