BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 20. The Chairman of
the State Committee for Urban Development and Architecture of
Azerbaijan, Anar Guliyev, recently pulled back the curtain on
design images of the new village Eyvazkhanbeyli in the Agdam
district through his official social media accounts, Trend reports via the
committee's press service.
The preliminary master plan for the village, initiated by
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on September
19, was developed by local experts.
The designated area for the community will encompass
approximately 300 hectares, taking inspiration from the adjacent
villages of Shishpapag, Kosalar, and Eyvazkhanbeyli in Agdam.
The village has plans to build 1,091 individual homes, which
will allow 4,038 residents to relocate.
To keep pace with the expected population boom, a slice of 88.3
hectares has been earmarked for the initial phase of residential
development. This phase will include the construction of 427 houses
intended for the relocation of 1,563 people. The homes will come in
all shapes and sizes, boasting two, three, four, and even five
rooms to fit every need under the sun.
Moreover, the village will boast the necessary infrastructure,
including a school, a kindergarten, an administrative building, a
flag square, a medical point, various service facilities, and a
recreational park to boot.
Additionally, steps will be taken to guarantee that locals have
access to job possibilities.
