TOP FOUR CLASSES TO TRY OUT AT THE ALL-NEW FITNESS FIRST CLUB AT DUBAI FESTIVAL CITY

(MENAFN- Mid-East.Info) The new Dubai Festival City club will feature four state-of-the-art group exercise studios: BOX, SPIN, Hot Studio and GX Studio

Dedicated private ladies-only section

Fitness First, one of the world's leading health and fitness brands, recently opened its brand-new club at Dubai Festival City Mall (DFC), featuring an impressive array of technologically driven programmes and heart-pumping classes that every fitness enthusiast must try.

Situated at a new and inspiring location at the centre of DFC, boasting over 20,000 sq ft of training space, the stunning club is set to shake up the daily workout routine, thanks to a host of industry leading concepts, pioneering workouts, innovative equipment, and an extensive range of group exercise classes and first-class facilities.

Here are the top four signature Fitness First concept classes to try at the new Fitness First, Dubai Festival City club:

BOX

Rocky meets Tron in a multi-sensory boxing studio that packs a knockout punch. Featuring pulsing sounds and sensory illumination, BOX is a 45-minute boxing workout that uses a simple ''box by numbers'' method to help users of any ability deliver heart-pumping combos.

SPIN

Fitness First's state-of-the-art SPIN studio offers the latest cycling tech, the MyJourney indoor cycling programme. Connectivity is achieved through the ICG® Connect platform. The digital software delivers data-visualisation to engage riders by tracking group performance, providing team battles and rewarding group leaders, while also celebrating personal achievement. Individual bike computers connect to the instructor's tablet and are beamed onto a large display that mirrors performance metrics. Following instructions is simple thanks to a flawless user interface and eye-catching animations.

HOT STUDIO

Delivering all the benefits of traditional classes but in a hot environment, Hot Studio helps to reduce warm-up time and delivers workouts with extra intensity. The studio is powered by an ingenious infrared heating system that warms the body directly with a feeling of natural sunlight rather than heating the air which creates a stuffy atmosphere. Select from a range of ''hot'' classes including Hot Power Vinyasa, Yoga with weights and restorative yoga that strengthens the cardiovascular system by increasing heart rate while eliminating toxins.

GX STUDIO

Offering a wide range of innovative and exciting classes, including Fitness First's exclusive TUFF class, Swing Yoga, Jump, Piloxing, Zumba and the popular variety of Les Mills programmes, the GX Studio allows members to redefine their workout. The studio has been designed with a unique lighting experience that creates an atmosphere designed to inspire and energize. With more than 500 classes to choose, members can sweat it out before or after work, during lunch or over the weekend.

LADIES ONLY FACILITY

Women can take advantage of the club's private ladies-only gym that offers a supportive, intimate, and comfortable environment to workout. Designed to provide female members with a warm welcoming, ladies can take advantage of the club's state-of-the-art innovative equipment.

Members of the new club can also enjoy Fitness First's renowned first-class facilities, including a fully equipped gym floor with four zones including cardio, freestyle, free weights, and strength, and group exercise classes, all under the watchful eye of internationally accredited fitness professionals. Not to mention luxurious changing facilities, steam room and a members'' lounge for guests to unwind and refuel on nutritious food and refreshments.

The new Fitness First club is following all guidelines and directives that have been set in place by the authorities, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of both staff and Fitness First members.
