SPIN
Fitness First's state-of-the-art SPIN studio offers the latest cycling tech, the MyJourney indoor cycling programme. Connectivity is achieved through the ICG® Connect platform. The digital software delivers data-visualisation to engage riders by tracking group performance, providing team battles and rewarding group leaders, while also celebrating personal achievement. Individual bike computers connect to the instructor's tablet and are beamed onto a large display that mirrors performance metrics. HOT STUDIO
