(MENAFN) An industry report demonstrates that major property developers in China witnessed strong sales expansion last month.
Figures from property research institution CRIC stated that sales of 100 surveyed key property developers climbed 32 percent annually to almost 1.04 trillion yuan (around USD160.8 billion).
CRIC figures demonstrate that the number marked a monthly drop of 4.2 percent.
The administration has kept its tighter law of the property industry, comprising home purchase controls and firmer mortgage policies, to make sure that "housing is for living in, not for speculation."
