KABUL: A group of three people were arrested on the charge of stealing vehicles in Kabul city.
Police carried out an operation against the vehicle thieve gang in the PD 17, which as result three people accused of committing vehicles theft were arrested, said a statement issued by Kabul Police on Tuesday.
