New Zealand: 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolts 217 km NE of Gisborne


(MENAFN) The U.S. Geological Survey stated that on Sunday, Mar. 7 a 5.6-magnitude quake shook 217 km NE of Gisborne, New Zealand at 04:54:00 GMT.

The epicenter, with a profundity of 10.0 km, was at first concluded to be at 37.1797 degrees south latitude and 179.6403 degrees east longitude.
