(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, Jan. 17 (Petra) -- The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip on Sunday announced that 6 new COVID-19 deaths and 212 new cases were recorded during the last 24 hours.
In a daily COVID-19 report, the ministry said that 360 additional patients have recovered, raising the total number of recoveries to 40,893.
"The total caseload in the coastal enclave has reached 47,791, including 6,414 active cases and 484 deaths," the ministry added.
