(MENAFN) A virtual import and export meeting and exhibition opened on Tuesday, November 24, with the Zambian government advising African countries to welcome e-commerce in order to speed up trade.
The two-day event, hosted by the Zambian government in cooperation with the private sector, is a flagship networking platform intended at supporting intra-Africa trade on the African continent.
It has brought together business players and technocrats from varied African countries to help imports and exports.
Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry Christopher Yaluma stated that the world is changing which requires a change in the way of doing business.
