Sri Lanka- CID questions Ranil over Central Bank treasury bond scam
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) questioned former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe over the Central bank treasury bond scam today.
A CID team visited his residence Colombo this evening to record the statement.
The Central Bank treasury bond scam had taken place when Wickremesinghe was Prime Minister and former Minister Ravi Karunanayake was the Finance Minister.
