(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Jeddah, December 11, 2019, SPA -- King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has announced that the Royal Greens Golf and Country Club in King Abdullah Economic City achieved two awards to be added to the series of awards received in previous years, during the sixth season of the World Golf Awards, which the Middle East region hosted for the first time in Saadiyat Island in the United Arab Emirates recently.
The Royal Greens Golf and Country Club won the Best Golf Course 2019 in the Kingdom for the second time in a row and the Best Country Golf Club in the World for 2019, which enhances globally the capabilities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
King Abdullah Economic City will host the Saudi International Golf Championship for the second year in a row, which is sponsored by SoftBank on the golf course of Royal Greens, starting from January 30 to February 2 2020, with participation of a group of the most prominent stars in the world.
