Saudi- KSRelief Continues Implementing Water Projects in Hodeidah Governorate


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, Dec. 07, 2019, SPA -- The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center continued the implementation of the water and environmental sanitation project to preserve the lives of families in the Khokha district of Hodeidah Governorate.
During the month of November, 1,230,000 liters of drinking water and 1,365,000 liters of usable water were pumped. The Center also conducted continuous maintenance of tanks and bathrooms, and spraying campaigns to combat disease, as the number of beneficiaries of the project reached 34,614 individuals.
This comes within the framework of the system of humanitarian and relief projects presented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Center, for Yemeni people to improve their living conditions during the current humanitarian crisis it is going through.
