(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Tunis, June 19 (Petra) -- Jordan has participated in the two-day Euro-Mediterranean Conference on "Raising the Level of Financing for Comprehensive Development in the Southern Mediterranean Countries" that took place in Tunis and concluded Wednesday.
Director of the Jordan Europe Business Association (JEBA) Ayman Qaffaf said the association has participated in the conference due to its pioneering part in strengthening the capabilities of the micro-, small and medium-sized institutions and the entrepreneurs, most important of which is strengthening financing which is considered the bedrock of growth for these institutions.
The conference, which saw the participation of countries from the southern Mediterranean, aimed at spurring the investment environment in the Mediterranean basin to strengthen the comprehensive economic growth, stimulate investment and create job opportunities through strengthening the administrative capabilities for organizations working on supporting business in the Euro-Mediterranean region.
