(MENAFN) Embraer, a plane manufacturer based in Brazil, and United Airlines penned a USD1.9 billion purchase agreement.
Under the deal secured during the Paris Air Show, planemaker Embraer will be acquiring as much as 39 E175 jets.
Brazil's Embraer made twenty firm orders for receiving the 70-seater aircraft with a chance to purchase on the other 19.
The company is likely to start taking delivery of its orders starting the second quarter of 2020.
