Iranian, Kazakh officials urges universities to enhance bilateral cooperation


(MENAFN) Iranian and Kazakh officials have urged closer interaction between the universities of the both nnationns, Tasnim news agency reported on Saturday.

On Friday, during the meeting which held in Nursultan of Kazakhstan, Iran's ambassador to Kazakhstan, Majid Saber, and Kazakh Minister of Education and Science, Kulyash Shamshidinova, discussed ways to enhance scientific cooperation between the both countries.

Saber underlined Iran's experience in research and scientific activities and the potentials of its academics, and affirmed the need for tactics for the exchange of university students and professors between the two nations and holding joint scientific courses and conferences.

He expressed Iran's capability to ink a memorandum of understanding with Kazakhstan on comprehensive scientific and academic collaboration.
