On 10 June 2019, the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter referred to as Commission) adopted a decision on the revenue cap of Amber Grid's regulated activities providing natural gas transportation via the natural gas transmission network services, effective from 1 January 2020.

The revenue cap of regulated activities effective from 1 January 2020 was set at EUR 36,1 million per year.

The anticipated further price-related decisions: the Board of Amber Grid will approve prices on using Amber Grid's natural gas transmission network infrastructure, effective from 1 January 2020, not exceeding revenue cap. Afterwards the prices will be presented to Commission for approbation.
