Huge numbers of Syrian refugees leave Jordan to their homeland

(MENAFN) On Wednesday, groups of Syrian refugees returned from Jordan and a southern Syrian camp, according to the state news agency SANA.

The refugees returned to Syria through the Nasib border crossing in the southern province of Daraa.

SANA emphasized that 19,600 refugees returned from Jordan since the reopening of the crossing between the two nations late in 2018.

The Syrian refugees started returning in groups from Jordan since last October when the Nasib crossing between the both nations reopened.
