(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Ten Asians including six women have been arrested on prostitution and other charges in two separate cases in Muscat.
An ROP official said, 'The Muscat Governorate Police Command has arrested ten Asians including six women for violating the Omani Labour Law, Foreigners' Residence Law and on charges of human trafficking and prostitution.'
In the first case, the Ruwi Police Station arrested two Asians who were running a prostitution racket. The two were operating from a building in Muttrah where they had detained three Asian women. One of the women while trying to escape also fell off from the top of the building. In the second case, the Bausher Police Station arrested five Asians including three women for prostitution.
