(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, Feb 9 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Sheikh Ali Khaled Al-Jaber Al-Sabah handed in last Thursday his credentials to Saudi Foreign Minister, Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, said a statement Saturday.
The Ambassador met minister Al-Assaf to hand in a copy of his credentials in a meeting in Riyadh. He conveyed greetings from Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Al-Assaf, added the statement.
Sheikh Ali has arrived Riyadh on Tuesday to start as the appointed Kuwaiti Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. (end) mdm.mah
